Description
Hawker 750 Resin Model
The Hawker 750, a variant of the Hawker 800, is a mid-size twin-engine corporate aircraft. It is a development of the British Aerospace BAE 125, and is currently assembled by Hawker Beechcraft. The 800 series has a number of modifications and changes over the 700, the most noticeable being the redesigned cockpit windscreen. Changes also included a modified rear fuselage fairing, a glass cockpit and uprated engines. The wings were also improved by incorporating new outer wing sections, this helped to reduce drag and improve aerodynamic efficiency. The 800 series was a sales success, in just over five years British Aerospace was registering their 200th sale.
This specific 800 series is the Hawker 750, changes include the ventral fuel tank being replaced by an externally-accessed baggage pannier, which reduces the range slightly.
This handcrafted model is painstakingly molded from pressure cast composite resin by our skilled craftsmen with a wealth of detail and makes a great gift for any veteran, aviation enthusiast or history buff.
