Description
Fokker Dr.I Limited Edition Large Mahogany Model
His name was Manfred von Richthofen. But you know him as the Red Baron, legendary German ace from World War I. Not all of von Richthofen’s 80 kills happened in a Fokker Dr.I triplane, but it has become the aircraft we most associate with the ace of aces. The Germans built 320 of them in 1917 and they were renowned for their climbing ability. The Fokker D.VII replaced the Dr.I in 1918.
