Unlike many cases, which are specifically designed for a single model, RAM’s X-Grip line is engineered to conform to a variety of gadgets within a broad range of dimensions. Also adding to the cradle’s functionality is its open-frame design, which permits unobstructed access to all ports, buttons, camera lenses, and jacks on the enclosed item.
Among its attributes, the X-Grip boasts four spring-loaded stainless steel arms that expand/retract as necessary to provide a firm, protective hold on your phone or tablet. Each arm is equipped with a rubber-coated tip that both cushions the device and helps prevent nicks & scratches. The back of the Phablet Cradle features a 1″ rubber ball that’s optimized to attach to a wide range of RAM articulating arms and base mounts (sold separately).
